If my extra credit points are only having one treat a week, can I have as many treats as I want on my day off?
No, If you have chosen the challenge of only having one sugary treat a week than you are not able to eat more treats. You will have to deduct your extra credit points. However if you have chosen something else as your extra credit. You are allowed as many sweets as you would like. Remember!!! it still isn't free food!
Does one bite of a treat count the same as a piece??
Yes, We will calculate treat points like this:
Any sugary treat (choc kisses, gummy bears etc.)
1 bite-one serving will count as two minus points. So if you have two servings of something it will be 4 points.

Do I calculate last weeks points with the new exercise and veggie totals?
No please calculate last weeks point how they were originally set...then from here on out make the new changes!
Do we report our totals weekly or monthly? Do we report just points or both points and measurement/weight differences?
You will report your points weekly...through email and no you donot need to give me weight and measurement differences.
Are we required to take one day off??
Well you aren't "required" to...however there will be one day that you don't calculate your points and turn them in. However if you would love to stick with it that day! Go For it!!
Do I email you my points or post them on the blog?
Roybn asked me a good question? Do I email you my points or post them on the blog? Please email them to me! Thanks.

I have a question! Since we are now only counting 6 fruits and veggies do we count our 10 for this week and how about the exercise 5 points for every 1/2 hour also. Or do we start that for the second week?? Also I am a little confused on the no fat vs. low fat. On the first rules paper it says no fat on sour cream and salad dressing but on the rules on the blog it says lower fat options. So are we going strictly no fat or is low fat or reduced fat(light) ok?? Thanks.
