I have a question! Since we are now only counting 6 fruits and veggies do we count our 10 for this week and how about the exercise 5 points for every 1/2 hour also. Or do we start that for the second week?? Also I am a little confused on the no fat vs. low fat. On the first rules paper it says no fat on sour cream and salad dressing but on the rules on the blog it says lower fat options. So are we going strictly no fat or is low fat or reduced fat(light) ok?? Thanks.

  1. Sheri- Thanks for the question! I am so sorry about the confusion on this lower fat thing. I appreciate your patience as we work out the kinks in this one! After alot of feedback I have decided that lower fat options are going to be okay. I am just trying to help us make some healthier choices!
